Rev. James Kirschenmann is in his second (or third or fourth) career. Prior to entering Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in the Fall of 2012, he spent 5 years working with Lutheran Church Charities in the Chicago Metro Area and was exposed to a wide-variety of ministry settings while serving there. He also continues to publish the Daily Devotions for Lutheran Church Charities, and you can listen to those online at http://devotions.lccharities.org. He lives with his wonderful bride, Kathie, the Joy of his life and resides in the north side of the City of St. Louis, in the College Hill Neighborhood, where he also serves St. Paul's Lutheran Church - College Hill.
